Delivery Speeds
Downtown
Deliveries both picked up and delivered within the Central Business District are considered Downtown. The Downtown area is bounded on the north by Commerce Street , on the East by I-59, on the South by Pierce and on the West by I-45.
Regular
Regular delivery permits the courier four and one-half hours to pick up and deliver the merchandise from the time the order is called in.
Super Regular
Super Regular delivery permits the courier three and one-half hours to pick up and deliver the merchandise from the time the order is called in.
HOT SHOT
HOT SHOT delivery permits the courier two and one-half hours to pick up and deliver the merchandise from the time the order is called in.
Direct HOTSHOT
Direct HOT SHOT delivery permits the courier one and one-half hours to pick up and deliver the merchandise from the time the order is called in.
FLASH
This service is offered to serve the needs of our customers who require that their merchandise be delivered as rapidly as possible. While there is no time limit for delivery, the courier will respond immediately to pick up and deliver the merchandise as fast as the law and traffic conditions will allow. In many instances, this delivery should take less than one hour.
Nights,Weekend,& Holidays
All deliveries initiated before 7:30 A.M., or completed after 6:00 P.M., on weekdays, on holidays or on weekends. The holidays are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.
Additional Charges
Note: Courier prices are limited to the first twenty-five pounds of gross weight. Shipments over twenty-five pounds will be charged and additional 5 cents per pound.
Waiting Time, If any courier must wait for a shipment, waiting time is charged. Our couriers will wait 10 minutes before waiting time is charged. After ten minutes, time will be charged retroactively back to the time of arrival. This includes loading and unloading time.
