Houston Courier Executive Creates Courier Consulting Group
October 22, 2007--Houston, TX - Eric Donaldson, Vice President of Hot Shot Delivery, today announced the launch of a new same day courier and messenger consulting group called the Donaldson Consulting Group.
The Donaldson Consulting Group (DCG) consists of business owners from multiple facets of the courier and messenger industry who have joined together, under the leadership of Eric Donaldson, in an effort to assist same day transportation companies with all aspects of their new or existing package delivery business. Consulting projects include assistance with strategic planning, forecasting, tax planning, marketing, sales training and web development.
Eric Donaldson, founder of the Donaldson Consulting Group, currently runs the operation of Hot Shot Delivery, one of Houston’s largest courier and warehouse management corporations. Mr. Donaldson, whose father founded Hot Shot Delivery in 1978, was raised within the courier industry and is familiar with the many challenges and strategies associated with success in the transportation business. By creating the Donaldson Consulting Group, Eric has found a way to pass along his expertise as well as the expertise of business partners that have contributed to the success of Hot Shot Delivery over the years.
