In addition, I also acknowledge that loss or damage claims may not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) unless a greater value is declared, maximum declared value $1000.00. Claims must be made within seventy two (72) hours. Hot Shot is not in responsible for any concealed damage. Additional Charges may apply for declared value.
