Q: How can I place an order directly from my desktop?
A: Our One-Click Ordering system allows you to request deliveries directly from your desktop, and automatically remembers your account information to save you time. For more information on how to get started, click here.
Q: Do you deliver to residences?
A: Yes, we will deliver to private residences. An additional $6 charge will apply. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Q: Do you offer electronic billing?
A: Yes, invoices are available by email, EDI, CSV and ASI.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept ACH, checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Cash payments are accepted upon the pickup of a parcel.
Q: Can you place orders in advance?
A: Absolutely! Advance orders can be placed over the phone or through our online ordering system. We can also schedule recurring pickups and deliveries at regular intervals.
Q: Do you deliver outside of Houston?
A: Yes. Although Houston is our “home base,” we offer same-day service throughout the United States. Call us at 866.261.3184 and we’ll be happy to talk with you about how we can expedite your shipment.
Q: Do you offer Notary Services?
A: Yes, we can serve as a notary for an additional $15 charge.
Q: Do you deliver on holidays and weekends?
A: Yes! We can handle special deliveries on weekends and holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. Higher rates may apply.
Q: When are deliveries considered to be “after-hours”?
A: Deliveries initiated before 7:30 a.m. or completed after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays are subject to after-hours rates.
Q: Is there any weight limit for couriered packages?
A: We will deliver packages of any weight or size. However, our standard courier prices only apply to packages weighing 25 pounds or less. For heavier shipments, you will be charged a fee of 5 cents per additional pound.
Q: Will you deliver food or other perishable items?
A: Yes, we deliver perishable items through our Flash delivery service — our fastest available courier service. Due to the sensitive nature of these materials, perishable items should not be sent via any other method.
Q: What if my package isn’t ready when the courier arrives?
A: If a courier must wait at the pickup location for more than 10 minutes, a “waiting fee” will be charged. This includes loading and unloading time.
